Baked Swiss Cheese Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 chicken breast halves
    8 slices Swiss or American cheese
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. water
    2/3 c. fine Pepperidge Farms dressing stuffing mix
    1/3 c. butter
    hot rice
Preparation
    Arrange skinless, boneless chicken in shallow baking dish. Place sliced cheese on each piece of chicken.
    Stir soup and water together.
    Pour mix over chicken and cheese.
    Sprinkle stuffing mix over soup layer.
    Drizzle with melted butter.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serve over hot rice.
