Alabama Chocolate-Pecan Jumbo Christmas Fudge Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. chocolate wafer crumbs
    1/3 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
    3/4 c. packed brown sugar
    3 eggs
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels, melted
    2 tsp. instant coffee granules
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped pecans
    sweetened whipped cream
    chocolate syrup
    garnishes: cherries with stems and mint sprigs
    1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Combine chocolate crumbs and 1/3 cup melted butter.
    Firmly press on bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie plate.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 6 to 8 minutes.
    Cream 1/2 cup butter; add sugar and eggs, one at a time.
    Stir in the melted chocolate, coffee, vanilla, flour and pecans.
    Pour into the prepared crust.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Cool thoroughly.
