Broccoli Spoon Bread Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch broccoli
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. water
    1 c. sliced celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
    3/4 c. corn meal
    1 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    4 eggs, separated
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 c. ham, chopped
Preparation
    Remove stems and leaves from broccoli.
    Reserve stems for florets later use. Place broccoli florets in a saucepan with 1-inch boiling salted water.
    Cover and cook 10 to 12 minutes, until just tender.
    Drain and set aside.
