Spaghetti Carbonara - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. dried pasta
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. olive oil
4 oz. pancetta or bacon
1/4 c. dry white wine
4 egg yolks
3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. grated Romano cheese
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
salt and pepper
Preparation
-
Put butter and oil in skillet over medium-high heat.
Add pancetta (in thin strips) and cook until browned (not crisp). Add wine and cook until reduced by half.
Remove from heat and set aside.
Cook pasta.
