Tennessee Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 bag frozen hash brown potatoes
2 lb. roll sausage
6 or 7 large eggs
1 large pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Brown and crumble sausage; drain grease off and set aside. In large casserole dish, arrange hash brown potatoes to cover bottom of dish.
Slightly beat eggs in mixing bowl with fork. Pour over potatoes.
Place in oven at 350\u00b0 for approximately 20 to 25 minutes.
Take out of oven.
Spread sausage over top of potato mixture and sprinkle shredded cheese over top of sausage.
Place back in oven for 15 more minutes.
