Tzantziki(A Middle Eastern Dip) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cucumbers, halved and seeded
    1 c. plain yogurt
    2 to 3 garlic cloves, crushed
    1 tsp. dried mint
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Coarsely grate cucumber halves into a colander; sprinkle with salt and let stand 1/2 hour, then squeeze out water.
    Combine with yogurt that has been drained (easiest in coffee filter cone, placed over bowl in fridge) and add remaining ingredients.
    Chill.
    Serve with torn pieces of pita bread.
