Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising cornmeal
    2 whole eggs
    1/3 c. Mazola oil
    3/4 c. milk
    1 can creamed corn
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Beat together ingredients.
    Cook in a greased pan at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until brown.
