Chili Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 medium cloves garlic, crushed
    2 tsp. chili powder
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese at room temperature
    1 c. coarsely chopped pecans
Preparation
    In work bowl, mince garlic.
    Add cottage cheese, cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, chili powder, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco sauce and salt.
    Process until smooth.
    Mound mixture onto waxed paper.
    Wrap and chill at least 1 hour for ease in handling.
    Shape mixture into a ball and roll in pecans.
    Serve with crackers, on rye bread rounds or with apple slices.
