Pickled Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. green shrimp
    1/2 c. thinly sliced onions
    1/2 c. diced celery
    3/4 c. wine vinegar
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    3/4 c. salad oil
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1 pkg. pickling spice
Preparation
    Drop shrimp in 4 cups rapidly boiling water to which has been added 4 tablespoons vinegar and 4 tablespoons salt.
    Boil only until shrimp are pink, then shuck and devein.
