Emerald Mist Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 oz. pkg. lime jello
1 c. boiling water
12 large marshmallows
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 small can crushed pineapple (juice and all)
1 c. finely chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Pour water over jello and marshmallows.
Stir until dissolved. (Place over low heat if marshmallows do not completely melt.) Cool.
