Egg Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten with fork or whisk
    2 c. milk, scalded
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg or cinnamon or both
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Scald milk and let cool for 3 to 5 minutes.
    Mix all ingredients and pour into unbaked pie crust.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until set.
