Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1 c. plain long grain rice
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
    2 c. water
    2 pkg. deboned chicken breasts
Preparation
    Melt butter in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch Pyrex baking dish.
    Put in rice and place chicken parts on top.
    Pour in water and sprinkle soup mix on top.
    Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
