Beef And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 chopped green onions with tops
5 shredded carrots
1 lb. lean ground beef
3 c. cooked rice
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. sliced almonds, toasted
1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation

Toast almonds in oil in heavy skillet and set aside.
Saute ground beef with chopped onions.
When browned slightly, add grated carrots, cooked rice and soy sauce.
Cook just until carrots are tender, approximately 10 minutes.
Serve with toasted almonds.
Simple but good.
