Sausage Pinwheels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage (at room temperature)
    2 c. biscuit mix
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Make dough of biscuit mix and water or used canned biscuits. Roll out on floured board as thin as possible.
    Spread sausage over dough.
    Roll into long roll.
    Chill in refrigerator until firm. Slice in about 3/4 to 1-inch slices and place on greased cookie sheet like you would biscuits.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
