Rhubarb Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 eggs, separated
    3 c. rhubarb, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    pie pastry
Preparation
    Line pie pan with rich pastry.
    Mix sugar and cornstarch and stir into well beaten egg yolks.
    Fill crust with rhubarb.
    Pour sugar mixture over it.
    Sprinkle with nutmeg.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 50 to 60 minutes.
    Use egg whites to make the meringue.
    Cover the pie with meringue and brown in oven.
