Patrician Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 to 10 boiled potatoes
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. salt
1 dash garlic salt
chives, paprika and butter to taste
Preparation

Combine cream cheese and sour cream, beating until fluffy. While beating, add hot potatoes.
Beat constantly until fluffy. Add seasoning and chives.
Spoon into baking dish.
Top with butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
