Chicken In Sherry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cut up fryers, skinned
    2 tsp. sesame seed
    2 tsp. celery seed
    salt and pepper
    3/4 c. sherry
    dash of Tabasco
    1/2 c. sour cream or top cream
    1 can small button mushrooms
Preparation
    Season chicken with salt, pepper, sesame and celery seed; brown in very small amount of oil in hot iron skillet.
    Remove from heat; add mushrooms and 1/2 cup sherry.
    Cover and simmer on very low fire for about 20 to 30 minutes.
    Remove chicken from skillet and make sauce in skillet with Tabasco, cream and 1/4 cup sherry.
    Pour over chicken and serve immediately or put in double boiler until ready to serve.
