Oven Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 potatoes
    1 large onion
    1 can sliced mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. sliced green peppers (optional)
    garlic salt (optional)
    salt and pepper to taste
    6 or 8 pats butter
Preparation
    Cut up and arrange potatoes in oblong pan with about 1/2 cup of water in bottom of pan.
    Cut up onion on top of potatoes. Drain mushrooms and arrange on top of onion.
    Sprinkle with seasonings.
    Arrange slices of green peppers and top with pats of butter.
    Cover with aluminum foil.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for about 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
