Chicken Fried Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pieces tenderized round steak
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 stick butter or margarine
    salt and pepper
    1/2-inch oil (in large skillet)
Preparation
    Beat egg with milk.
    Season flour with salt and pepper.
    Pour oil in skillet and heat to 375\u00b0.
    Dredge steak in flour and dip in egg and milk mixture; dredge again in flour.
    Brown meat on both sides.
    Turn heat down and fry again for 5 minutes on each side. Remove from skillet and place on platter.
    Cover with paper towel to keep warm.
