Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. quick acting yeast
    2 1/2 c. lukewarm water
    3/4 c. soft shortening
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 1/2 tsp. salt
    8 to 8 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Put yeast in warm water.
    Add shortening, sugar, eggs, salt and 4 cups flour. Beat until smooth. Add rest of flour. This will soften dough. Cover and refrigerate until needed.
