Chili Con Carne(American) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef
    4 Tbsp. oleo
    4 medium size onions, sliced
    2 c. canned tomatoes
    2 c. red kidney beans
    4 stalks celery, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. red pepper
    1 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Cut beef into small cubes.
    Melt oleo in frying pan.
    Saute meat and onions in oleo until browned.
    Put in kettle.
    Add tomatoes, beans, celery, salt and pepper; simmer for 1 1/2 hours. Add chili powder; simmer 30 minutes more.
