Broccoli And Cauliflower Walnut Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 head cauliflower
    1/2 bunch broccoli
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. shredded Cheddar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 tsp. instant bouillon (chicken) or a cube
    1/2 tsp. each herb: dill weed, marjoram and thyme
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/3 c. chopped walnuts
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Break vegetables into flowerets.
    Steam 3 to 4 minutes separately. Drain.
    Combine sour cream, cheese, flour, bouillon and mustard. Spread over vegetables in casserole, a shallow baking dish.
    Mix remaining ingredients and sprinkle over top. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Serves 4.
