Pear Bean Pots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (28 oz.) can baked beans
    3 Tbsp. packed brown sugar, divided (1 Tbsp. and 2 Tbsp.)
    1 Tbsp. onion
    1 tsp. finely shredded orange peel
    1 (16 oz.) can pear halves, drained (reserve 1 Tbsp. juice)
    1 1/4 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Combine baked beans, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, onion and orange peel.
    Place in 1 1/2-quart casserole or 4 individual baking dishes.
    Arrange pear halves over beans.
