Sausage And Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. sausage
    9 eggs, slightly beaten
    3 c. milk
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    3 slices bread
    1 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Brown sausage and drain. Mix eggs, mustard and salt. Cut bread into 1/4-inch cubes.
    Stir bread and sausage into mixture.
    Spoon into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until brown and firm in the middle. Yields 10 to 12 servings.
