Lemon Crumb Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    1 tsp. lemon rind
    1 c. brown sugar
    2/3 c. butter
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. uncooked oatmeal
Preparation
    Mix milk, lemon juice and rind.
    Set aside.
    Cream brown sugar and butter.
    Sift dry ingredients together and add to creamed mixture.
    Add oatmeal.
    Mixture will be crumbly.
    Press half the crumb mixture into an 8 x 12-inch baking dish to form crust. Spread milk mixture over crust.
    Crumble remaining mixture over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Cool and cut into squares.
