Sunny Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz. serving size) box orange flavored gelatin
    2 c. hot water
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. coconut
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
    Blend in remaining ingredients.
    Pour into a large slightly greased salad bowl or 10-inch square dish.
    Chill until set.
    Unmold onto serving platter.
