Ingredients

1 Tbsp. sugar
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 1/3 c. coconut
1 graham cracker crust
4 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine cream cheese, sugar, milk and coconut in blender at low speed for 30 seconds.
Fold in whipped cream; add vanilla. Spoon into crust.
Freeze until firm, about 4 hours.
Store leftovers in freezer.
