Stuffed Picnic Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. onion (optional)
    1/3 c. catsup
    1/4 lb. (1 c.) grated Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    prepared mustard
    2 doz. dinner rolls or 2 pkg. hamburger rolls (can use hot dog buns)
Preparation
    Cook until meat is browned and onions soft.
    Drain fat and stir in next 3 ingredients.
    Remove from heat.
    Spread one side of rolls with mustard.
    Fill buns with mixture.
    Cover tightly with foil and heat slowly to serve.
