Pea Casserole Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1/3 c. chopped green pepper
    1 small onion, grated
    2 c. finely chopped celery
    2 cans LeSueur peas, drained
    2 Tbsp. diced pimento
    1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
    1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
    2 Tbsp. milk
    3/4 c. fine bread crumbs, lightly buttered
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together except bread crumbs.
    Microwave 10 minutes on High setting.
    Sprinkle bread crumbs on top or cracker crumbs and lightly brown in oven.
