Baked Eggplant Or Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium eggplant or zucchini
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 c. flour
    3 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Wash, dry and slice eggplant or zucchini into 1/4-inch slices. Dip into beaten egg; dip into flour.
    Lay vegetables flat on sheet pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes on each side until golden brown.
