2 pounds beef stew meat, cubed and rolled in flour
1 cup onions, browned
1 clove garlic, browned
3 cups catsup
1/4 cup plus 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard
dash red pepper
3 cups water
