Spaghetti Squash Dinner(Weight Watchers) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 spaghetti squash
    6 oz. ground turkey
    1 small onion
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    1/2 c. tomato sauce
    1/2 tsp. each: basil, salt and pepper
    2 oz. cheese, grated
Preparation
    Microwave spaghetti squash on High for 10 minutes or until done.
    When soft, cut in half, seed and empty sides into bowl. Brown turkey with onion and mushrooms.
    Add squash, seasonings and tomato sauce.
    Heat.
    Place in squash shells.
    Top with cheese. Bake until cheese melts.
    Serves 2; 4 protein and 5 vegetables.
