Strawberry Pretzel Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 2/3 c. broken pretzels
    1 1/2 c. butter, melted
    12 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
    2 c. pineapple juice
    1 large pkg. frozen strawberries
Preparation
    Place pretzels and butter in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Cool.
    Cream sugar and cream cheese; spread over lukewarm pretzel mixture.
    Spread Cool Whip over cream cheese mixture and chill.
    Dissolve jello in boiling pineapple juice. Stir in frozen berries.
    Allow this to thicken to almost gel point.
    Pour over mixture.
    Chill about 2 hours or until ready to serve.
