Poppy Seed Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Betty Crocker moist yellow cake mix or 1 Duncan Hines lemon cake mix
1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1/3 c. poppy seed
1/2 to 1 c. chopped pecan or black walnuts
4 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. Taylor's golden sherry
Preparation

Place all ingredients in large mixer bowl and beat at medium for 5 minutes.
Turn into greased and floured Bundt pan or tube pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
Let sit for 15 minutes before turning out onto plate.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
