Swedish Orange Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raisins
    1/2 c. walnuts
    1 orange rind
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 lb. butter
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Grind raisins, walnuts and orange rind.
    Cream the butter and sugar. Add the beaten eggs.
    Fold in dry ingredients, alternating with sour milk. Add fruit, nuts and flavoring.
    Bake 55 to 60 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Pour over hot cake in pan 1/2 cup sugar and juice of 1 orange.
