Brajalas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak
    1 lb. can tomatoes
    6 slices toast
    1 small onion
    2 stalks celery
    1 hard-boiled egg
    1/2 tsp. garlic
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    salt
    pepper
    1 tsp. basil
Preparation
    Pound round steak very thin.
    Prepare stuffing made from toast (grated), chopped onion, chopped celery, chopped hard-boiled egg, salt, pepper, garlic, oregano and Worcestershire.
    Spread stuffing on steak; roll lengthwise and tie securely.
    Cover with tomatoes and sprinkle with seasonings.
    Add 1 cup water to baking dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour; uncover and brown 1/2 hour.
    Serves 6.
