Swedish Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    salt and pepper
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 egg
    1/4 c. cream
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients; make balls and place on a cookie sheet or broiler pan and place under broiler.
    When brown, pour off grease and cover with 1 can of mushroom soup.
    Heat in oven at 250\u00b0 for 1 to 2 hours.
