Oatmeal Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. shortening
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. oats
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

In mixing bowl, stir together first 6 ingredients.
Add shortening,
eggs
and
vanilla.
Beat well.
Stir in oats and nuts.
Form
into
small balls.
Dip tops in additional granulated sugar.
Place
on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
