Low-Fat Chicken Marsala - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. low-fat margarine
    1 1/4 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    2 Tbsp. scallions, diced
    2/3 c. white wine
    1/2 c. prepared instant chicken broth
    2 tsp. all-purpose flour
    approximately 40 white seedless grapes, cut in half
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 to 1/4 tsp. ground pepper
Preparation
    In large skillet, heat margarine over medium heat until bubbly.
    Add chicken and cook until both sides brown.
    Add scallions and cook until softened.
    Add wine and cook until liquid becomes slightly syrupy.
