Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. flour (all-purpose)
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1 egg, slightly beaten
3/4 c. milk
1 1/4 c. blueberries
2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together.
Beat egg and add to milk, oil and vanilla.
Add 2 tablespoons sugar to blueberries.
Combine liquid mixture to dry ingredients.
Stir just until moist.
Fold in blueberries.
