Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. melted margarine
6 large baking potatoes
Preparation

Combine flour, Parmesan cheese and pepper in a clean, small paper bag.
Pour melted margarine into 9 x 13-inch baking dish and spread to cover bottom of pan.
Cut potatoes into quarters lengthwise.
Moisten potatoes in water.
Place potato quarters, a few at a time, in paper bag with flour/cheese mixture.
Shake to coat, place in baking dish.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for one hour, turning once.
