Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 7 tart apples
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 to 1 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Line pie pan with pastry.
    Wash, peel and slice apples thin. Mix flour, sugar, salt and spices.
    Combine with apples and place in pastry-lined pan.
    Dot with butter.
    Cover with top crust. Bake in 450\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes (9-inch pie).
    Add 1 teaspoon lemon juice to apples if they are not tart.
