Mexican Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Jack cheese
    1 c. Bisquick
    1-1/2 c. milk
    1 can diced Ortega chilies
    8 eggs
    1 jar mild green chili salsa
Preparation
    Slice Jack cheese in bottom of greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Lay chilies on top of cheese. Mix Bisquick and milk together and pour over chilies. Beat eggs together and pour over milk mixture. Bake 45 minutes at 300\u00b0. Add salsa to top and bake another 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand 5-10 minutes. Cut into squares. 8-10 servings.
