Williamsburg Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 gal. cranberry juice
    1/2 gallon apple cider (not juice)
    1 c. sugar
    2 cinnamon sticks
    6 cloves
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes.
    Remove cinnamon and cloves.
    Serve hot.
    Great on a cold night; especially nice at Christmas.
