French Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. melted butter
    2 c. beef bouillon
    1/2 tsp. gravy coloring
    2 c. cubed, cooked beef
    1 (16 oz.) can whole white onions, drained
    1 (16 oz.) can lima beans, drained
    2 Tbsp. shredded cheese
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Blend flour and seasonings into butter.
    Slowly stir in bouillon and gravy coloring.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened.
    Add beef, onions and lima beans. Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Combine cheese and parsley and sprinkle over casserole before serving.
