Soft Gingerbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sifted flour
1/4 tsp. soda
1 1/2 tsp. ginger
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. molasses
1/2 c. sour milk
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour an 8-inch square pan. Sift flour, soda and spices into mixing bowl; set aside.
In blender, put remaining ingredients; blend on high until smooth. Pour into dry mix; mix well.
Pour into pan and bake for 20 to 30 minutes.
