Stuffed Round Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. soft breadcrumbs
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 tsp. powdered sage
    pepper to taste
    1/2-inch thick round steak
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. water
    3 Tbsp. Crisco
Preparation
    Combine breadcrumbs, onion, celery, parsley, seasonings and enough water to moisten.
    Spread stuffing on steak and roll like a jelly roll.
    Brown roll in Crisco; when roll has been browned on all sides, add water.
    Cover and cook slowly for about 1 1/2 hours.
