Roast Beef With Coke - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 to 5 lb. chuck roast
1 can mushroom soup
1 pkg. onion soup mix
24 oz. Coca-Cola

Preparation

Place meat in roaster.
Sprinkle onion soup mix over top.
Add mushroom and onion soup.
Pour Coca-Cola around meat (not over) and bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for about 4 hours.
Add potatoes and carrots the last hour of baking time.
