Barbecued Beef - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (4 lb.) beef chuck roast
2 c. water
1 c. barbecue sauce (smoky)
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. ketchup
1 c. chopped onion
4 c. chopped celery
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
rolls or buns
Preparation
-
Place beef in a Dutch oven.
Combine all remaining ingredients except rolls; pour over beef.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 5 hours, turning beef occasionally.
