Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 large potatoes, diced
    2 large onions, diced
    1 tsp. salt
    1 qt. water
    dash pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 qt. milk
Preparation
    Cook potatoes and salted onions in water until tender. Add pepper, butter and milk and bring to a boil. Serve hot. (Add celery to recipe, if desired). Makes 2 quarts.
